Michelle Price
Pastor
Pastor Michelle Price is a Pennsylvania native who was born and raised in Levittown. She has a husband (Kyle) and two children (Karmyn and Simon). They are excited to be here as a family in this community.
She comes to McConnellsburg passionate about living out faith in community. She has a passion for children, youth and family ministry, but don’t worry she also loves the older generation (they have tons of experience and wisdom). She is excited to work alongside a loving congregation with her family.
One of her favorite verses is Psalm 46:10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nation, I will be exalted in the earth.” So many of us need the reminder to be still and trust in God…Pastor Michelle is one of those people!
Sheila Bivens
Office Manager
Sheila has been the office manager for our church for so long it is hard to remember a time without her. She is the go-to when there are questions about the church. She is not just a secretary, but so much as the treasurer and safe sanctuaries coordinator. When she is not in the office, she is out helping at her brother's business. AND when she isn't working at all, she is at home crafting and stain-glassing.
Denny Benedick
Music Director
Denny has a passion for music and worship. He puts his heart and soul into choosing the right kind of music for the choir. Denny is key in putting together cantatas for the choir and others to join in from other areas. He participates in the band that sometimes plays during worship (HIS). He is a great singer and helps provide special music by singing solos or duets from time-to-time.
Jeff Mills
Pianist
Jeff is a retired teacher. He has a love for God and sharing his God-given talents for playing piano. He brings forth beautiful music, heart and soul when he plays the piano for worship.
Ruth Reeder
Organist
Ruth is a long-time member of the McConnellsburg United Methodist Church. She is also a long-time organist for the church. She has a friendly and flexible attitude toward worship. She graciously plays the organ with her heart and soul, including some amazing special pieces.
